I have been watching the Duke Lacrosse Rape Case closely.
Let me be as succinct as possible.
I beleive that Crystal Magnum (click the name for a larger picture), (the now infamous Duke Rape Accuser) is lying. There is no evidence that anyone had sex with her besides her boyfriend. The only hair they found was in a trash can that anyone could have used. Two DNA scans were inconclusive and even the prosecutorial spin on this is weak at best.
As for Kim Roberts or, Kim Pitman (click the name to see picture) the "Second Stripper" contacted a PR firm to see what she could gain from it. Great Friend!. Um, what was she going to do with her new found fame, get in a rap video? She's not that fine (either). She changed her story as soon as she realized she could get some mileage out of this. Perhaps she'll get some new stripping gigs? Annnnnnd who is going to hire her now?
The real travesty here is the fact that when a woman who really was raped reports it, a tiny bit of her credibility is taken away by women like Crystal Magnum and Sherri Ann Urbanek-Bach.
Kobe Bryant and Mike Tyson would agree.

If it were not for the financial resources available to these Duke boys, they would have been sent to jail for probably quite a long time and their lives and those of their families ripped from them just because of this lying women who is an outright disgraceful and dispicable person. I als believe that it was all race-based in nature and all the wonderful and educated idiots running Duke University along with all the self-serving polititcians should be fired AND lose ALL of their benefits permanently.

It'll all come out in court. You and me don't know what the prosecution knows, the defense atorneys do, but they are picking and choosing things that cast the brighest light on the accused and trying to make the accuser out to be less than a human. WHen I first heard about the case, I thought it was outragious for someone to accuse anyone of rape, but the more I know the accused people respond, the more I think something did happen. Similar unfortunate events have ocurred in the past, but they have for the most part been swept under a rug, but now that its not happening, I see panic. SOme food for thought, if the defendants were all innocent, why did they all flee before the police responded to the scene. Even the man who hosted the party. He is over 21 and he even ran. Don't the excuses made by the two other gentlemen who were indicted seem too convenient.
