It still cracks me up that the news media is still calling the Louis Libby affair "The CIA Leak Case" when even the prosecutor said that it has nothing to who leaked Valerie Plames name. Even Fox News has jumped on the "CIA Case Bandwagon". Judith Miller has "retired" from the New York Times after getting a retraction from the paper about her relationship with Libby after the Times dropped her in the grease.
The status quo is maintained in New Jersey and Virginia. Ummm.. Big deal. The left of course calls this a big victory. The Atlanta Journal and Constitution made it front page news. (R)Nold got his balot initiatives smacked down in California. The unions spent millions and got what they wanted. France is on fire. Unfortunately the police are getting an upper hand on the violence that has recently ringed the city of Paris and now, many others in Europe. For years the French have practiced a kinder, gentler form of Apartheid against their growing Muslim populations and their chickens, in the form of their "superior attitude" have come to roost. Sarcastically I hope that France is wiped off the map. Realistically, I hope that the French aristocracy that runs the government gets its wakeup call this time as well as the rest of Europe. In 30 years many countries in the European Union will become majority Muslim countries. They had better deal with it.
Speaking of Muslims running amuck it seems that Jordan was targeted by Al-Qaeda in Iraq. As of this writing so far, only one American was killed. The rest were innocent people. To quote William Shatner: "So far you've managed to kill everyone else but like a poor marksman you keep missing the target!" San Francisco has voted to take guns away from law abiding citizens. Citizens have until February to turn in their guns to authorities. Now with the citizens of San Francisco completely un-armed, "other interests" in Oakland can now take the long drive across the bay bridge to victimize the populace. Seriously, do you really think that someone who wants to murder another is worried about a gun law? This has got to be one of the most glaring examples of liberal thinking gone awry.
Texas is the 19th state to ban gay marriage. Well, I just don't remember marriage being any other way than a man and a woman together.

Finally the Bush Administration is doing what they should have done years ago. That is, quote the Democrats as they grandstanded stating that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and had to be removed from office.

Clips are now running on news shows showing the Democrats, even Bill Clinton talking about regime change, and about WMD.

Quotes are also running in newspapers: "There is unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is working aggressively to develop nuclear weapons," Sen. John Rockefeller of West Virginia.

Here is another one: "The war against terrorism will not be finished as long as (Saddam) is in power." That one came from Sen. Carl Levin from Michigan.

I want all of you democrats out there to look at your fellow democrats and listen to what they had to say. When you are through, tell me again how such thoughts are possible during the Clinton Administration?

Now to me, the three above facts are mutually exclusive.

There is now quite a vocal campaign headed up by the likes of Jesse Jackson and Snoop Dog to grant him clemency.

Now, I can understand why Snoop would. He is a Crip and Tookie started the gang in the first place. I'll just leave it at that. Jesse Jackson is another story.

Anything that kills African American youth in great numbers (drugs, violence, gangs etc..) is something that Jesse has spoken out against and I will give him (Jesse) credit for doing that.

If Tookie Williams were white and founded a gang or group that was responsible for as many black deaths as the Crips were there would be uproar if anyone stood in the way of his execution. Wasn't Edgar Ray Killen convicted for something similar? (indirectly responsible for someone else's death)

It would be a statisticians dream to calculate how many black youth have died as a result of Tookie Williams and the gang he started and how many tons of drugs have been sold in black communities by members of his gang.

With this in mind, I wonder why would Jesse not be in favor of his execution? Jesse says that there was evidence withheld or destroyed and, DNA was not tested. My initial response to that would be that this is the State of California. If the liberals and the ACLU in that state cant get you out of jail, nobody can.

Tookie after spending six years in solitary confinement (!) wrote some children's books. With that done, its time for him to die in peace.
