Cynthia McKinney Loses To Hank Johnson

Cynthia McKinney lost the Democratic primary to Hank Johnson a virtual unknown.

Known for being outspoken (ignorant) and controversial (ignorant) Cynthia McKinney went over the edge earlier this year when she struck a capitol police officer with a cellular phone. At that point even the irrational people in her district figured enough was enough?

For years Cynthia McKinney has done what many in Georgia Democrats do: Its us against them (whites), we have to right the wrongs from the past, all republicans are racists and if that doesn’t work, just say something related to slavery.

"
We all know it doesn’t really matter what you say. Most black people will believe anything no matter how irrational, untrue or far-fetched it may be. All you have to do to make anything believable is make sure it provides an excuse for their lack of achievement or just say anything anti-Republican. Many black Democrat politicians and self-proclaimed leaders profit from this fact. They have been conditioned liberals white and black.

"

I hope that Hank Johnson will buck this trend and provide his people with rational leadership. It will be a welcome change.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: Listen Anyway..

Some 30 years after interviewing Ayatollah Khomeini Mike Wallace has interviewed Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, president of Iran.

I’ll go ahead and say it. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a madman.

With that said however, his views are worth listening to.  You need to know who your enemy is, who is out to get you, ultimately who wants to destroy you.

Many have already expressed opinions saying that the interview is nothing more than a propaganda platform for Ahmadinejad and what he represents and to a certain degree that is true. American politicians when they get interviewed are no different really.  They spin their agendas and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will do the same.

Rather than have his views spun again by the news media, lets hear it unfiltered. Let us as Americans get the gonads to look our enemies in the eye. Lets get our collective heads out of the sand. This man is educated and not some illiterate idiot.

Mike Wallace said of  Ahmadinejad:

"You'll find him an interesting man. I expected more of a firebrand. I don't think he has the slightest doubt about how he feels ... about the American administration and the Zionist state. He comes across as more rational than I had expected."

He is a madman but watch anyway. You never know. We might even learn something.

I watched 60 minutes last night. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a madman.

Now that I got that out of the way, I found him to be entertaining and a wiley politician. He purposely avoided questions about Iran expanding the influence of its theocracy through Hezbollah and Hammas and rightfully countered by asking about the United States arming Israel.

Now, one thing that I found interesting and worth some thought was the fact that Israel was created out of thin air after the second world war. Why pick Judea and not somewhere else where high concentrations of Jews lived to create a Jewish state.

I haven’t done all my homework on all of this yet but I think it’s a different perspective worth looking at.

Life for Iran sucks at the U.N. as well but you have to admit. Talk of wiping Israel off the face of the earth and wanting to enrich uranium at the same time does raise an eyebrow. Yeeeeah I’m afraid that some countries aren’t going to be amiable to that.

What it gets down to is there are two competing philosophies. The United States wants constitutional democracies throughout the middle-east. The Arab leaders want to keep their kingdoms or, theocracies. It is their way and we in the U.S. should accept that.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad also made another valid point about the tone at which the U.S. and a few other countries address Iran. Like it or not, Iran is a nation of people just like anyone else. Talking down to any nation is not getting anyone anywhere.

Other than that, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a madman and far more dangerous than I took for granted.
