The Supreme Court has abolished the death penalty for people under the age of 18 when they committed their crimes under the guise that its cruel and unusual punishment.

I don't think so.

Today's teenaged murderers seem to be in complete pre-meditated control of their facilities and should be put to death preferably in the same manner that their victims did and in front of their parents who are responsible for raising them. Activists, socialists and social engineers (Democrats) will no doubt blame environmental factors and optionally George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan (sarcastically) for whatever they did. What will sparing their lives do for society? What good will they go on to do? I am guessing if they were worthy of the death penalty (like Lee Boyd Malvo ) then the answer is, well, nothing.

Boeing really got me to thinking the other day. After the pentagon scandal last year, Boeing called up Harry Stonecipher from the bench (retirement) to clean up the company and its image.

I also remember a time, after Iran Contra that another dynamic chief executive came in to clean up Washington D.C. I wonder who was better?

How many judges did 50 Cent kill? How many customs officers did he kill? How many rapes did he allegedly commit? How many hostages? Brian Nichols has definite street credibility.

Hip Hop culture tells us that if Brian Nichols were to be set free, he would get a multimillion dollar recording contract and, we all know, the ladies would love him. "Murder me Brian!", "Rape us Brian!" they'd shout as he got out of the limo and walked into the club.

Alas, this will not be the case. Damn. I wanted to see a real soldjah.

Scott Peterson has been sentenced to death. Judge Alfred Delucchi had to decide if he wanted Scott Peterson to die or do a life sentence without parole for the deaths of Lacy Peterson and her unborn son.

The judge said: "The court is satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant, Scott Lee Peterson, is guilty of first-degree murder".

Mark Geragos said he would try to appeal stating some inconsistencies, evidence and prejudice by the media that tainted the trial. Personally I don't see it.

Robert Blake has been acquitted!

Robert Blake is relieved. Not only is his grifter wife Bonnie Lee Blakely dead, he doesn't have to go to jail for it either. Once again, kind of like Lisa Underwood, you really have to be careful who you screw over, try to screw over, blackmail, trap or otherwise do in.
